UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE  

On July 13, 2010 the Town of Calabash Board of Commissioners adopted a Unified Development Ordinance or more commonly referred to as the UDO.  Unlike the General Code of Ordinances that is only applicable within the Town's corporate limits, the UDO is applied and enforced in the both the corporate limits of Calabash as well as the Town's Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ).  Any changes/amendments made to the UDO must first go to a public hearing after being properly advertised. Below is a copy of the UDO with updates through  6-8-2021
