Public Notice and Notice of Availability for Snow's Cut
Provided below are links to the Public Notice for the Environmental Assessment of the land classification change of the Army Corp of Engineer's Property bordering Snow's Cut. They have performed the EA and will accept public comments for 30 days. The change in land classification does not impact the town or adjacent property owners. If in the future the Army Corp wants to make changes or develop the property they will need to go through another EA for that activity.
