SPECIAL BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING FOR
EVIDENTIARY HEARING REGARDING
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting has been called by the Board of Commissioners of the Town of Calabash, pursuant to G.S 160A-71, on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 7:00pm in Sanborn Hall, located at Town Hall, 882 Persimmon Road, Calabash, NC.
The purpose of the Special Meeting is to allow the Board of Commissioners to hold quasi-judicial proceedings for the following:
1) To conduct an Evidentiary Hearing regarding the Application for Conditional Use Permit
2) To discuss, deliberate and take action on the Conditional Use Permit Application submitted by applicant Michael McClam, Sandy Toes Homes LLC, for the conditional use to allow construction of a duplex (two dwelling unit) at 1019 HIgh Point Avenue, Parcel #241OD008 in the Calabash Acres Subdivision, which is in the R-6 Zoning District.
